ANXIETY IS ONE OF THE MORE PRIMITIVE EMOTIONS, ALTHOUGH IT MUST BE SAID THAT ALL EMOTIONS ARE PRIMITIVE. Fear is essential for survival, particularly in the animal kingdom. Whether you're a zebra or a snail, a bit of anxiety is good for you. Without fear you would nonchalantly march off a cliff.

Capitulation is coming and its going to be a GOLDEN generational wealth buying opportunity.

But do you sit on the sidelines and wait for it to come? NO!

It is possible that animals suffer from anxiety disorders. This is not our focus here. Humans are fundamentally more complex beings than animals, although they share the same emotional foundation -- the reptilian brain.

Anxiety in the Human Kingdom

ANXIETY SIGNALS THAT THE REAL HAS INTRUDED INTO OUR CONSCIOUSNESS (LACAN). It is a reaction to a traumatic element which remains external to symbolization, and thus mediation.

Tossing a pen when I am relaxing is like "tossing off": masturbating. Is it a way to limit jouissance into this part of the body? Do I try to channel my jouissance into writing? Isn't my photography another form of articulation? Perhaps in a future life I could express myself better in dancing, or some other art.

One could imagine it is an equation:

Libido = Qi = Nietzschean Will.

As Zizek wrote, the symbol of castration is a sphere. One could imagine that the Earth, and other planets and stars, are castrated beings on their journeys of confinement. Gravity is the force which confines them, as a function of their libidinal Qi.

There are many kinds of anxiety disorders, but they all boil down to fear

In my case, anxiety led to panic attacks, which led to capitulation (panic disorder), and finally to agoraphobia (long stagnation).

Soon I started having panic attacks in other places too, like crossing bridges, in crowded places, in uncrowded places, pretty much everywhere.

Thus far, all the Lacans, Freuds and Baudrillards have failed to help me, and the pills are useless too. The only thing which has made a difference is systematic desensization. Even then, it is a plodding recovery. My Comfort Zone is a circle which expands by 7.2km every year.
